NHS Leadership Competency Framework

There are fifteen qualities within the Framework covering a range of personal, cognitive and social competencies. They are arranged in three clusters - Personal Qualities, Setting Direction, and Delivering the Service. The diagram below shows how these qualities are grouped and how the clusters work together.
