Regional Programmes

Breaking Through works with SHA colleagues to support the development of BME colleagues that are AfC Band 5-7. Due to the diversity of the workforce across the country, each SHA will be taking a slightly different approach to the development of its BME staff; therefore not all areas will have the same programmes of development.
